All rights to the content and images that appear in our website are reserved for Atara-Art. Images should not be used without permission and without credit.
Packaging
When buying an item, for yourself or for a loved one, you will also receive a detailed card that will include all the details regarding the item and its story. The item will be carefully wrapped in high quality velvet fabric and put in an eco-friendly box.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal. In case of a bank transfer, we will require advance payment.
Tracking my order
All orders ship within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, please send us an email through our Contact page.
Shipping and Shipping rates
The price shown on each item includes shipping, handling and insurance and is based on the overall weight of the package and the value of the item. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and countries of Western Europe. For shipment to other countries please contact us at info@atara-art.com or through our Contact page.
Other charges
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item's price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
