ADDITIONAL INFO
Round silver protective amulet with suspension loop. Both sides of the amulet consists of three rims that contain Hebrew letters; in the inner rim, in the center of the amulet, is the Hebrew acronym "לקי" (LKI) which is the acronym for " 'לישועתך קויתי ה'' ("I wait for your deliverance, O Lord"). This acronym, one of the most common in protective amulets, is used exclusively by Yemenite Jews as an opening at the beginning of letters and books. The letters in the second and third rim form the 42-letter Name which is a magical name in the tradition of Practical Kabbalah and also an abbreviation of the prayer "אנא בכוח" by Rabbi Nehunya ben HaKanah. At the end of the 42-letter Name is the blessing "ברוך שם כבוד מלכותו לעולם ועד" ("Blessed be the glory of his majesty forever and ever").
