Depictions of the holy places in the Land of Israel is a unique form of folk art that has endured for hundreds of years. The holy places were sites that were sanctified by Jews as places of prayer and supplication for the individual and the community, objects of longing for the Jews in the Diaspora. Holiest of all was the Temple Mount, considered sacred beyond reach.* The price of this item includes shipping, handling, and insurance.
