A silver plate, handmade by the Jewish-Yemenite silversmith family of Zadok. The beautiful plate, influenced by the Bezalel style, is decorated with the names and symbols of the Twelve Tribes of Israel, vegetal motifs and Stars of David. It is also inscribed with the words "Zadok brothers, Jerusalem, Israel" (in Hebrew),  "כוס ישועות אשא" ("I will lift up the cup of salvation" - Psalms 116, 13), and the blessings - "אשתך כגפן פוריה בירכתי ביתך, בניך כשתילי זיתים סביב לשולחנך" ("Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of thy house, thy children like olive plants, round about thy table" - Psalms 128, 3).

The notable silversmith Avraham Zadok and his family immigrated to Israel in 1949 from Sana'a, Yemen, and a year later established a jewelry and silversmith workshop in Jerusalem. During the 1960s, the Zadok family opened a store near the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and began to engage in Judaica, successfully adapting to the field of goldsmithing in Israel. The Zadok family artistic handicraft emphasized on filigree decorations, a technique most identified with Yemenite jewelry, and was also influenced by the Bezalel School of Jerusalem.
