A flat Torah Pointer, with a chain, that is narrowing toward the cuff. At the end of the pointer there is a Hamsa-shaped hand with a long pointing finger. On the pointer is engraved a dedication: "ק"ל [קודש ל] מ"ה [מורנו הרב] יצחק בן ה"מ [המורה] א' גבריאל כאשאני ר"ח אייר שנת תרע"א" (Sanctity of our teacher Rabbi Yitzchak son of Rabbi A. Gavriel Kashani, the Head of the month Iyar, the year 1911). At the top of the pointer is drilled a small hole for a chain.
