Antiekcentrum Amsterdam
Like Alice in Wonderland visiting a magical world - that is exactly how I felt when I first entered the Antiekcentrum in Amsterdam. This amazing maze of more than 100 showcases is the largest indoor antiques market in the Netherlands and a beautiful and intriguing display of anything you might be looking for; antique jewelry and silver, chandeliers, miniatures, tableware, vintage toys, ceramics, porcelain, bronze statues, Delft Blue, wall decorations, paintings, and those that are the most closest to my heart - objects of Jewish art and items that are related to Jewish and Israeli history and culture.
Located at Elandsgracht 109 Amsterdam in the chic neighborhood of Jordaan, the Antiekcentrum is a must-do-location on the list of antiques and art lovers.
Usually writing about the items found in magnificent places like the one above or about Jewish communities that flourished in a particular country, there is still more to write about this visit to Amsterdam. Hope you follow our journey in our next blog…
